As a listener of many types of music I make it a point to know as much as I can about up and coming artists and bands (by any means necessary). A band that I kept hearing a lot about was Tokio Hotel. For one reason or another I just had not gotten around to listening to them until earlier this week when their music video for “Ready, Set, Go!” played on FUSE. (Great way to find new music, btw!)
I immediately got the CD and I really do love it! I’m not really sure if there’s a difference between it and the German release, but I’m listening to the American release. Anyway, then this morning as I opened up Windows Media Center I saw Tokio Hotel Live available for viewing and promptly fell in love. And I gotta say they sound pretty bomb for 18-year olds.
The most interesting thing about the band, to me, is that the vocalist and the guitarist are twin brothers! They look nothing alike whatsoever!

YAY! So glad you discovered them! Love love love to find new fans. Lots of their German stuff is on youtube. Also, you might want to check out there Monsoon video on there, it has like 22,000,000 views.
