For moderate loves, there is a moderate amount of jealousy required. But if you're talking about a great and rare love, there must be no jealousy. None at all. The truest love in the world is the one where you look at someone and no matter what, nothing is more important than this person's happiness, and you do not care if she loves you, you only care that she is happy, not who makes her happy. That is too much to expect from most people of course.
